I loved the central location, and helpful reception staff. They helped as much as they could and the night porter was extremely diligent in his job. The Hotel has big windows and is clean for a basic hotel.

The paint was chipping off a bit and few burn marks in carpet but hey I wasn't here to stay in my hotel room so it's nothing major if you can look past this. Also there is no elevator and extremely steep and narrow stairs. this doesn't bother me but most buildings are like this in Amsterdam so people shouldn't complain but disabled people may struggle.
